Returns Policy

Don’t worry, we’ll work with you to find the perfect product, or we’ll simply take it back. We want you to be completely happy with our equipment. Therefore, our goal is to make returns as easy as possible.


  • You need to have the original packaging, materials, and accessories.
  • The product has to be in new and unused condition.
  • You need to return the products to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (your original order/invoice number) will be required to authorize any returns.
  • Any/All claims for damages or initial defects must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your product(s).

 If the returned product is not in its new and unused condition, then we are unable to issue a refund. Please also take note, any unit that has been connected to plumbing is ineligible for return.

Product Exchanges or Returns Time Frame

 We offer exchanges or Returns on an unused item within the same 30-day timeframe with a Re-stocking fee of 40%. Just give us a call and we’ll be happy to work out a return or exchange for you.

Used items are NOT applicable for any return

Refund Process

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing of your refund. Our returns department will need to inspect and examine the product and its components before the refund can be initiated.

We’re here to help you build the salon of your dreams with as few headaches as possible. That’s why we aim to make the return process completely seamless. Limited Warranty on All Equipment 

1 Year Limited warranty from date of invoice and will cover Malfunction & Manufacturer's defect only.

Warranty Void due to improper use, damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, any chipping, fading or peeling of laminate or any acts of nature, such as, fire, water damage, freeze, etc.

Hydraulic pumps are covered by an industry standard 180 days warranty from the date of the purchase.

A licensed plumber must install plumbing and all plumbing related equipment. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided. Documentation must be provided for all plumbing related warranty issues.

SEH reserves the right to replace any discontinued item with a like or similar item.

All transit costs for items returned to SEH or replaced by SHE is the sole responsibility of the customer.

An approved electrician must service all equipment still under warranty. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided.

All reconditioned, open box and floor models are sold as is and do not include a warranty.

No Charge-Back Policy 

Further consideration of Seller’s acceptance of Credit Card Payment, Buyer hereby agrees that he/she will not request, demand or otherwise cause the Issuer, or any company providing credit card charge processing service to the Issuer, to reverse and or charge-back the Credit Card Payment to the merchant account of the Seller [a “Charge-Back]. Any arbitration and or attorney’s fees resulting from a charge-back will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We recommend all buyers to read carefully these terms and the conditions before initiating a charge-back since any charge back will completely void the warranty pertaining to the payment in question.
